Yes. Every project begins with a high-fidelity 3D rendering so clients can fully visualize their outdoor space before construction or pricing begins.

Do you design drainage plans for Arizona monsoon conditions?

Yes. We evaluate grading using a transom to identify elevation changes and design drainage solutions appropriate for Northwest Arizona’s monsoon patterns.

Do you install wind-rated pergolas?

Yes. We recommend and install pergolas with verified wind and snow load ratings, and install them using proper footings and fasteners to meet local standards.

Can you help with building permits?

Yes. We produce 2D architectural layouts required by city and county building departments when needed for pools, pergolas, and outdoor structures.
