Client Reviews

Selected feedback from Sanctuary Outdoor clients. New reviews are submitted privately and published only after approval.

I am pleased to provide a review of excellence for Jim O'Rourke (business owner) of Sanctuary Outdoor 3D Render and Build Co. Jim was prompt in providing a 3D layout of my property with clear and concise solutions for a new longer lasting drip line system at a reasonable price. Jim's work ethics are beyond superb with distinct attention to detail. He is professional, and easy to communicate with.

As with any desert environment, challenges are bound to arise. Heat being the most obvious. Jim is a pro who is focused on brainstorming and seeking solutions with a calming and positive demeanor keeping the project moving towards completion. Jim is an old school type worker who does the work of four men with a positive attitude. I highly recommend Jim for your yard project and to ensure peace of mind and excellent results.

Mr Jim O'Rourke is a fantastic landscaping guru. He made my home's landscaping look terrific. (I'm only a little worried that my neighbors will be jealous) His design ideas were stupendous. He had a remarkable computerized system to show me the way my landscaping would look after he completed the job. By golly, it looked even better than his generated photos.

I can't say enough good to describe this wonderful man's work ethic, dedication and knowledge. Not only that he was pleasant to a fault and easy to work and plan with. I can only recommend Jim O'Rourke if you truly want the best in all aspects for your landscaping and irrigation projects. He has integrity in spades. Jim even helped me get approvals from my HOA! He went with me to face the music. The HOA was impressed by his work ethics and results. I think anyone would like Jim O'Rourke to do their landscaping.

My number one item was to see what type of design and illustration Jim could produce with my verbal instructions of what I wanted. I was not disappointed. He came up with a beautiful design.

Jim was very professional. He notified me at every step and checked at the end of each day to see if I wanted to make any changes. I was also shown examples of product that I could choose from.

In the end, Jim installed a drain so my yard drained properly. He also put in flagstone, a drip irrigation system, a walkway, gravel, a flowerbed, a future tree area, gravel on both sides of my house and two awesome pergolas.

"You really need to hire this man. The work he does is beautiful and very well priced. The dogs love it also."

Designer response: Thank you both — Jane, you're making me blush, people will think I had my mom write a review. It was a pleasure working with both of you.

"I'm one of the workers. The experience I've had with these projects has taught me a lot. I'm thankful Jim took a chance with me and employed me. I am looking forward to doing more projects and helping this business grow. Thank you so much."

It is a true team effort. Your attention to detail and dedication are appreciated.

Jim took our yard from a brand new home's dirt yard to something I never imagined I would have. As a retired builder, I can attest he knows the correct way to build and install without cutting corners.
